Plaudits for 360 Modena
The recent invitation to the world-wide motoring press to drive the newly launched 360 Modena has obviously gone extremely well judging from the largely positive press comments.
The testers commended the sure-footedness, high performance and dynamic capabilities of the 360. On the negative side, poor finish and a still unrefined F1 paddle shift was mentioned.
The UK-based Autocar magazine called it "the greatest Ferrari yet" but in its otherwise gushing report it omitted a curious little detail. Our correspondent in Italy reported that Autocar's road testers took a pristine 360 from the Maranello factory but returned with a less than perfect car, having shunted it into a Porsche 911 they were using for comparative purposes. Surely not?
