Pirelli Announces Sponsorship of UK Ferrari Series
Pirelli Tyres have announced that they will become one of the major sponsors of the Pirelli Maranello Ferrari Challenge for the year 2000. They join Ferrari UK (Maranello Concessionaires) as co-sponsor.
Pirelli tyres will be used as control tyres for all three classes of the Championship, which in 2000 embraces fourteen rounds at the major UK circuits, as well as Spa Francorchamps and Le Mans Bugatti. The race series, now in its fifteenth season, is run by the Ferrari Owners' Club of Great Britain.
