There are a number of Ferraris racing in British GT this year. It was Media Day for Series at Silverstone yesterday and most of them were there. Nearly all have been updated to "430 Scuderia" GT3 spec. by Kessel Racing, who were granted sole rights to produce the 430 Challenge-based cars by the Factory. Despite the nomenclature, it actually has a 4.5 litre engine. Other parts of a serious upgrade for this year include a 6 speed dog gearbox and various new aero parts. Let us hope it is enough to fight off opposition from Ascari, Porsche, Audi and Viper, amongst others. The Series starts on Easter Monday (5th April) at Oulton Park.
