John Lennon Ferrari to be Auctioned

The 330 GT 2 + 2 once owned by John Lennon is to be part of an auction of Beatles' memorabilia to be held at the Hard Rock Cafe in London on 17th October. In the meantime the car is on display at Harrods store until its transportation to the Hard Rock Cafe.

The auction will be held by Fleetwood Owen, which is a company owned by Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac and Ted Owen.

All proceeds from the sale of the Ferrari will go to the following childrens' charities:

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Liverpool
Francis House Childrens' Hospice in Manchester and
the new school at West Heath in Sevenoaks, Kent.
